This set is used to at a Playstation  5 controllers digital bumpers and digital triggers (so-called smart bumpers / smart triggers) to be installed. The installation requires a bit of skill, but can be done by anyone with a little practice. 
 For the installation you currently need a soldering iron and a hot glue gun, don't worry, there will be a version without soldering in the near future.
 
 The advantage over the "old" version is that these buttons have a significantly longer lifespan and a much more pleasant "softer" feedback and click noise.

 The cable length is deliberately chosen to be a little longer, so you can flexibly decide where and how to lay and solder the cables during installation, or simply shorten them.
 
 The shoulder button is not included in the scope of delivery, it is only used to illustrate how the switches should be installed.

only L2 / R2:  2x switches + 4x shorter cables
only L1 / R1:   2x switches + 4x longer cables
completely:   4x switches + 4x short cables + 4x long cables
 
 What are the benefits of smart triggers and smart bumpers with a PS5 controller?
 The pressure path with L2 / R2 is considerably shortened (depending on the type of installation <1mm). The buttons emit a pleasant and satisfactory "click" sound when triggered.
